~ Background ~

Rosmary has an Honours B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Ottawa, and studied teaching and art for 3 years at the Froebel Institute, London, England.  She was raised in Liverpool, England.  Until her early retirement, she taught for the Ottawa Board of Education and explored a wide variety of media, including watercolour, acrylics and stained glass.

Rosemary was featured on the CJOH program “Regional Contact” (first aired March 27,2004) and has received more recent “Media Coverage” as well. She has also exhibited widely in the Ottawa area including the following events:
